Botanical Description

Calophyllum calaba bracteatum is an evergreen tree growing up to 40 metres tall, with occasional specimens up to 49 metres. The plant is occasionally shrub-like and only 50cm or more tall. The tree is harvested from the wild for its timber, edible fruit and latex.
